1. extra character costs half of base price (eg. 10$ portrait with 2 characters -> 15$)
2. lineart may be sketchy but i can make it cleaner if you wish
3. price may change depending on complexity of character
4. backgrounds range from flat colour/simple shapes (no additional charge) > gradient/texts/effects (+10$) > complex background (20$-50$ based on complexity. can be discussed)
5. you may provide references for pose & aesthetic & general vibe OR you may discuss with me and we finalize a rough idea OR you give me full freedom regarding pose & style

1. DO NOT USE MY ART IN NFT/AI OR FOR AI TRAINING.
2. in case of commercial use, tell me beforehand (price will be 5x for commercial use)
3. do NOT claim my art to be yours. you may use/repost it anywhere as long as it is not for commercial purposes and i would prefer to be credited as the artist, unless stated otherwise.
4. DO NOT resell my art. at all. you may gift it to people.
DO NOT edit my art in any major way. you may make small edits like add stickers and filters, not anything crazy.
5. PAYMENT:
i. Upfront = done after i draw the sketch.
ii. 50/50 = half after sketch, half after i'm done with final rendering. only after the second payment will i send you the high quality completed art.
NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKSyour comm may take a few weeks to be completed, so feel free to ask for updates whenever!6. if you ask for major edits after completion, that will cost extra. so please be communicative and specific/direct during the process.
7. as the artist, i retain original copyright and ownership of the commission, meaning that i'll have the green light to post the finished commission on social media, and can use it for portfolio or commission example purposes unless otherwise stated.
8. i reserve the right to decline a request for any reason.remember, i'm just a college student so there may be times it takes longer to complete a commission, for which i apologize in advance!VIOLATION OF ANY TERM RESULTS IN BLACKLIST
